Ugna is a company that develops land into infrastructure for future industries and renewable power production, such as data centres, battery factories, hydrogen production, solar, wind and hydropower.

Prepare land near current or future green power sources, by zoning for sustainable practices and removing the risk of deployment.
POWER
Design, build and operate redundant, green and stable power production and infrastructure for critical infrastructure.
FIBER
Plan, build and operate faster, more secure, and more stable fiber connections between countries and continents.
The future industries will need a lot of power, which leads to questions such as where will that power come from? How efficient will the usage be? What happens with the excess heat from these processes? These are the questions we wish to answer.

DATA CENTRES
Our world is turning digital, and the rate of capacity we each use is increasing drastically. To keep up with this growth we need more data centers, and we need them to be green, renewable and part of circular economies.
HYDROGEN PRODUCTION
Another crucial component in our future society, of which we do not have nearly enough of. To keep up with rising demand in the coming years, we need to start setting the standards for green hydrogen production.
BATTERY FACTORIES
More and more of our belongings are run by batteries. For the electric industry to truly be a sustainable and green alternative, the power used to produce these batteries should be green and part of circular economies.
POWER PRODUCTION
With all these new industries, we will need more power. Preferably renewable power, combined with adjustable power from hydropower and nuclear power.

We will mainly develop in locations close to existing or suitable sites for new renewable power generation. By working together with plot owners, local municipalities, grid companies, and power producers, we aim to identify and create optimal locations for green industries to thrive, fostering economic growth and environmental sustainability within the communities we serve.
